I ordered a hoodie from thenormalbrand.com and I’m kind of mixed on it, but mostly disappointed. It feels really heavy when I’m wearing it, almost like I threw on a thick blanket, which sounds cozy, I guess. But somehow it doesn’t actually keep me that warm? It’s also a bit stiff, so it’s not the comfy relaxed hoodie I was expecting. Maybe some people like that heavier feel, but for the price I thought it would be way better. Not the worst thing ever, but I probably wouldn’t buy from them again...

I ordered a hoodie and was excited for it to arrive, but the delivery date came and went with no real update. I kept checking the tracking, and it just sat there for days without moving. I reached out to customer service, but all I got was a basic reply and nothing actually changed. if the shipping is going to be this unreliable, I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

The shirt itself feels fine, but the color looked way darker on the site than it does in person. It’s not the end of the world, but for the price it’s disappointing. Now I have to decide if it’s worth the hassle of returning it or just keeping it, which is annoying

I mean, I didn’t, I wasn’t doing anything crazy with it, just a normal wash and then hang drying. For the price, I really expected it to last a lot longer, so I don’t think I’d buy another one.

I did what the tag said too, cold wash and low dry, but one of them shrunk bad and the other got all twisted around the seams. The fabric felt rougher right away too, which was disappointing. For what they cost, I really expected them to hold up better. I’m not trying to baby basic clothes this much, so yeah, I won’t be buying again.

Customer service did get back to me, just not as quickly as I would’ve liked. The hoodie itself is really nice, so I’m curious if others had a faster exchange experience than I did.
